My altafiber is a free Android app developed by Cincinnati Bell Inc. It allows you to manage your altafiber phone, Internet, and Fioptics TV accounts using your Android smartphone. With this app, you can access and manage your account information, billing and payment history, and recurring payments. You can also enroll in paperless billing and view frequently asked billing questions.
Moreover, the app lets you check your current services and available services for your address, view your Fioptics TV equipment and services, and troubleshoot basic service issues in real-time. My altafiber also provides you with quick answers to your billing, payment, and service questions, and you can chat with a live altafiber representative for help with all service questions.
Additionally, you can use the Message Center to retrieve important messages from altafiber, and you have quick links to the Connect Cincinnati and Watch Fioptics* App. Finally, My altafiber has an interactive map for altafiber Stores and Payment Centers. Please note that My altafiber requires an active altafiber account, and its app capability is based on subscribed services.
